For goods shipped outside the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden), the warranty period is 12 months. 

We offer a 2-year warranty for the EU customers.

In certain cases, Nos Luxe Group sp. z o.o. may provide an international warranty through an authorized dealer’s stamped warranty card. When this applies, the product will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and the warranty provided by Nos Luxe Group sp. z o.o. (watches.watch) will no longer be applicable.
