Delivery Information

Deliveries are handled by external, independent, and professional carriers including UPS and DHL.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are covered by the customer, as indicated during checkout, unless free shipping applies. Delivery costs are added to the total value of the ordered goods.

Free shipping is available for orders within the EU and the UK, including Norway and Switzerland. However, this excludes Iceland, Malta, Cyprus, and other remote areas. For all other regions outside the EU and UK, a fixed delivery rate of €99 per item applies.

Delivery Address

Goods are shipped to the address provided by the customer. If there are any issues related to the address, watches.watch will contact the customer immediately.

Delivery Times and Prices

 For EU orders: approximately 3-5 days. For orders outside the EU: approximately 3-7 days. Please carefully review the product’s availability and processing time before placing your order.

For European customers, the final order price may vary depending on the VAT rate in your country compared to the Polish VAT rate of 23% (in accordance with the directive of the European Tax Authority).

For products shipped outside the EU, VAT will not be applied. The price will correspond to the amount listed under the “Excluding VAT” section in the product description, plus a fixed shipping fee of €99.

Damaged or Incomplete Packages

If the carrier identifies that a package is damaged or incomplete before it is handed over to the customer, the carrier and the customer will document the issue and prepare a detailed protocol. The same procedure applies if the customer claims the package is damaged upon arrival.

Customs and Import Duties

 For orders outside the European Union, export duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Restrictions

Certain products and brands may be restricted in your country. In such cases, we may need to refuse supply.
